Project Overview

My project is creating a campus-wide Zorb/Bubble ball event for students at Southern Utah University. This means that the students will be encased in a plastic bubble that exposes only their legs as they play soccer on a field in the middle of campus.

This requires me to contact campus Facilities, Purchasing Office, Centralized Scheduling, Student Involvement and Leadership, and other on-campus organizations. I will also have to contact an off-campus provider of bubble balls. This required me to budget and delegate to ask my Event Assistants to order the balls as well as help execute the event.

I made a budget that includes the materials for the event as well as the bubble balls rental. This will constrain me to stick to the purchases necessary for the event and not exceed them. This will teach me budgeting skills as well as the ability to execute a budget.
